1. Budget (Greg)
• Need to set next year's budget
  
• Settled Trivia Night expenses, came in $12 under budget!
  
• Need to figure out when the current budgeted money expires
  
• Need to set up a meeting with Dr. Roman
  



2. Picnic - June 26th
   
   • Need to find volunteers for grilling and shopping (Gazi)
     
   • Need to determine how many grills we need and reserve picnic area (David)
     
   • Need to find recreational activities (Gazi with check with Caitlin for volleyball equipment)
     
   • Need to send an Invitation/RSVP system/Vegetarian (David)
     
   • Need to make a Flyer (Ruosi)
     
   • Need to develop a shopping list: Add charcoal/grilling utensils to list

4. Graduate Council
